  • 1 ½ cup paneer ( cubes (approximately 225 to 250 grams))
  • ½ cup curd or yogurt ((avoid sour curd))
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili powder ((optional))
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric (or haldi)
  • 2 chopped uninon
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tamato puree
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
